There are currently 3 different charts which can be refreshed to show the completed or due enquiries.  The intervals are 1, 3, 6 and 12 months.  The default position will always be set at 6 months.

You will see different sets of data dependent upon your permission settings.  For example, when you select an interval of 12 months; all observations which have taken place in the past 12 months and all observations which are due in the next 12 months will show on the dashboard.

Observe Super User
As an Observe super user you will have access to the dashboard which aggregates data from all observations (completed by you or other) taken place or scheduled for the areas you are assigned to.

Please note: as a super user you still need to be assigned as an observer if you want to add and see your own activity.

Observer
As an observer you will have access to the dashboard which aggregates all observations from all activities (completed by you or other) taken place or scheduled for the areas you are assigned to.

The three charts are

Actions by status

This represents all actions that are overdue, open and completed.

How well am I performing?

This represents all the observations and draws on the grade feature.  Please note: If you have some ungraded observations the data on this chart will be blank.  We recommend that you always have one grade.  For ungraded observations this can be a single drop down entry named as ungraded.  To find to how to set your grade profile for your templates, click here

Actions by key question

When you create an action you have the opportunity to tag the action to a key question.  You are then able to draw down a report to analyse your actions by observee and category.  The actions by key questions chart draws on this key question tagging feature.

If you want to see any of the charts without a particular key question, simply click on the legend item you wish to hide.

If you are an observer you can access your observations dashboard by clicking on the name.

You can download all of your data by clicking on the Excel download icon
