You can sort using the 'sort' feature on the menu. This allows you to move individual improvement activities or tasks into the order you wish to have them, in using the green arrows on the right hand side.
Another option to consider would be to have separate improvement plans (set up by an administrator as custom areas) for your areas of focus. For example, some of our clients have improvement plans for each of the Aspects in the Ofsted Inspection Framework.
