For security reasons the mesma Team will not automatically reset a password without the permission from our clients Appointed Systems Administrator. If you need a password reset here are some practical steps you can take.
- Contact your insightQ administrator in your organisation and ask them to reset your password using their administration user login.
- If you do not know who your administrator is, contact us via email@example.com and let us know you require a password reset. We will then contact your appointed administrator and ask them to reset your password.
- If you are the appointed administrator and you have forgotten your password you may have more than one appointed person so they can reset for you. If not email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will ask you a series of security questions to validate your authority. This may involve us contacting the contract holder at your company.
