To add an activity into the plan click on the ‘Add’ icon.
Complete the activity template.
Note: the ref is not system generated. This enables you to devise your own referencing system if you wish.
At ‘Activity Level’ you will not be able to save this unless you complete the expected impact box.
Once fully completed select the save activity icon to save.
When adding the date the calendar will appear. You will notice that you will only be able to select a date in the future. However, to enter a date in the past just highlight the date and type the date without using the ‘Calendar Selector’.
Once you have created your activity you add tasks and delegate work.
