Edit Own Page: this will create a dedicated self assessment page for the user to edit.
Please note - We recommend you only allocate 1 user with Edit Own Page to each custom area. If you would like to establish multiple pages, please drop us a chat message; we will be happy to guide you through this set-up.
Read All Users Pages: the user can read all of the evidence recorded by Edit Own Page users in the allocated custom area.
Edit All User Pages: the user can edit all of the evidence recorded by all Edit Own Page users in the allocated custom area.
Edit Other Users' Notes: The user can edit the notes made by other users. If unticked the user will only be able to edit their own notes.
Edit Scope: the user can edit the scope of provision box for the allocated custom area they are assigned.
Publish: Used very rarely; this permission allows the user to include/exclude an evaluative statement key question from the report download.
Delete: Allocate this permission with caution; the user can delete all evidence. You cannot restore deleted actions.
Approve: the user can approve the evidence for the allocated custom area they are assigned.
Create Activity: the user can create an IMPROVE activity direct from the SWOT/Key Findings page in Evaluate.
