The following role permission settings can be found in Admin/Manage Users/Edit Permissions.
Used for the main administrator(s) of the system. The administrator generally works for the organisation using insightQ. If time is limited and you would like the mesma Team to manage the admin for you, please contact email@example.com for a quote.
The administrator is responsible for ensuring the system is fully set-up and users have the correct permissions.
Self Assessment Editor
Allows the user to access only the Evaluate and Improve custom areas if granted permission by the Administrator.
Executive Summary Editor
This opens up access to the Exec Summary feature in Evaluate. The Exec Summary feature is a space in Evaluate which allows each organisation* to write an introduction. It usually contains the detail about the company, for example, its geographical area, sector of delivery, learner demographics and governance arrangements. Its also helpful to outline how self-assessment is developed and provide detail of who is involved in the judgements.
*meaning the organisation who agrees software liecence agreement.
Observe Super User
This permission setting allows users to see all observee findings, create templates, sample profiles and schedule work without giving full access to Admin. This could be allocated, for example, to a lead IQA who is planning and scheduling observations.
Enquire Super User
This permission setting allows users to see all enquiry findings, create templates, sample profiles and schedule work without giving full access to Admin. This could be allocated, for example, to a lead quality administrator who is planning and scheduling themed reviews.
