Welcome to our insightQ Store module. If you have been allocated the task of setting-up your organisation. This work-plan will guide you through all the fundamental articles to help you get up and running.

The administrators will need to first set-up your users on insightQ, allocate the appropriate role and assign the Store module.
Please Note: It is the client administrator's responsibility to ensure there are effective systems in place to ensure that your own company GDRP and information handling policies and adhered to.
Therefore please ensure you train your users and outline what is classified as approved for upload.
Please be aware: Before adding documents please ensure you assign appropriate permissions to the folder to ensure any uploads are only visible to those users you approve. Please restrict usage before allowing users to upload any data.
Before you can restrict access to folders in Store you will first need to assign user groups.
Once users have been allocated the Store module please consider if any users need to be added to a user group as you may wish to restrict access to certain folders in your Store module.
