Welcome to our insightQ. If you have been allocated the task of setting-up your organisation. This work-plan will guide you through all the fundamental articles to help you get up and running with each of your modules.

As administrators your first step will be to create your user accounts.
- Firstly you will need to login.
- Once in you can start to add your users.

- At any point you can amend a profile. For example, if you want to reallocate your licences you can read our article on Managing your user profiles.
Please note: It's important for you to understand the insightQ password policy and how to reset passwords when users forget them. Therefore please read our password policy.
Once you have your users created you can start setting up your modules. Here is a suggested work plan.

Following your orientation session your account will be passed to our Software Support Team. If you have purchased additional administrator training, user training or selected our set-up service the team will be in touch to agree dates.
