In the event you believe there has been a breach in the security of information please contact us immediately by:
Emailing hello@mesma.co.uk or sending a message via our online chat. To help us take prompt action could you please provide the following information and tell us:
· What occurred
· Date and time you identified the incident
· Who was involved or affected by the incident
Once received the incident will then be escalated to a Director who will initiate the information security incident process. The incident will be investigated, risk assessed and a report will be written outlining:
· what occurred
· any containment and recovery arrangements,
· why the incident occurred,
· overall response and future controls, and
· follow-up arrangements.
All incidents will be recorded on the Security Breach Register
