Today, we released new features across our insightQ application. Here's what's included in the update.

New flexibility on your improvement plan.

With more and more of our clients wanting to reduce paper downloads we've made more of your data available to view on the Summary, Detailed and Archived view pages of your improvement plan. For example; you can show your progress note column and the system will pull through the last progress note onto your plan pages.

All you need to do is decide the columns you want your team to see and ask your administrator to update preferences.

The new tagging feature

Over the course of the next few months, we will make this available in the self assessment (Evaluate), observation (Observe) and enquiry (Enquire) modules but in the meantime, we couldn't wait to share this new improvement plan tagging feature with you.

We have created an additional set of quality improvement tags to help you to group your data into common themes.

Just a bit of housekeeping

Remember to keep an eye out for the timeout message. If you are logged in and you haven't been saving your work or navigating between pages in the application for 15 minutes you will get a message asking you if you wish to continue working.

Just click OK to continue. If you don't click OK the system will log you out at 20 minutes, so please ensure you don't leave any unsaved work hanging around as it will not be saved automatically.
