If you are working remotely and using your company VPN (ie Citrix) the firewall settings can sometimes prevent your improvement plan data from downloading correctly. Talk to your IT department to make sure that app.mesma.co.uk is approved (whitelisted). or
Try using another internet browser, for example, Chrome. or
If your information policy allows, try to login using direct internet browser rather than through your VPN.
