It can often be the case that the same evidence source supports more than one key question judgement.
To stop you having to upload it each time from your desktop, you can store your evidence documents centrally in the Store module. This is particularly useful to ensure everyone involved in the self-assessment process is referring to the same evidence source (the pain of worrying about which version is being used is a thing of the past!)
Each time you want to use that evidence source to support your judgement, you can link to it.
You do this on the key question screens in Evaluate, using links/ attachments at the bottom of the screen once you've added in your judgement and narrative.
